  1. It's such a neat and well designed modification that without the assitance of a third-party software like RAGE Plugin Hook, and possibly the addition of a installer, it could very much be called a DLC — something I actually consider as Downloadable Content, rather than a minor update that actually releases more problems than it creates solutions. I feel uncomfortable when people become impatient and eager for the release, as makes the developers release something that hasn't been fully tested, and they may not implement features that they wish they could, just to deliver on date. And you're modders, not a company that should indeed be cautious with dates, testing and features; it's not a paid content you're releasing, so people must calm their guts and let the developers work on it according to their availability and implementing features that they want to implement, as they're not getting down on their knees to some CEO or AAA budget director. The dev team is making an amazing work that easily puts many of GTA V features to shame. This is quality on it's best shape, and it's also for free. I even chuckled a bit when I first saw the user documentation, that looks like something I usually see from Siemens and General Electric datasheets — very professionally done. All the best for the team, and take your time. "It's better late and great, than early and poorly".
