  1. .dll not unblocking

    Goblin210 posted a topic in GTA IV & LCPDFR Support
    I click the unblock, apply, and ok. When I click back in to check it still shows the unblock button which makes me think that this is the issue with it crashing for me. Anyone know how to do this on a windows 8.
