I also got similar problems, even just a minute ago... I have a new graphics card next to me but I can't install it because it was delivered without power cable so I have to wait for the cable... But I've also tried commandlines, lowering textures, etc... but with me, it's just the graphics card... I can only advise the things above, and I wish you good luck wit hfinding a solution (because I don't really have one )

Never saw something like that before in a mod, but there are speed trap mods... If you really want the speed gun, you'll have to request it on the forum

It's not one of the weirdest ones, but it was pretty funny when it happened... I responded to a domestic and when I hit "E" the guy just falls off the stairs for no reason! I just arrested him and went back on patrol (i think it's in one of my videos) And another: I pulled over a car, he had no warrant or anything else (he had a license), then i give him a citation. He drives away. I followed him while he ran a red light, I pulled him over, and suddenly there is someone else in the car... I didn't lose sight of the car...

I don't really understand the first question. What do you mean with speed gun? A speed trap or something else? There is a breathalyser mod, it's included in Bravehearts Policing script: I don't know the name of the radar, I had it on an older installation of GTA IV with LCPD:FR, but when I reinstalled everything, it didn't show up... I'm not an expert, but I think a 2GB graphics card would be better. I'm also running GTA IV with a 1GB card, but I need to set almost everything on low while using the mods
