  1. Does th current version provide the option to put on a hat?

    I had watch some gameplays of the lspdfr and some of them had their officers wearing a hat, especially the one which are playing as sheriff, however i could not find the option to do so. Therefor did anyone know about this issue? Sorry for my bad english...
