  1. As You said disabling anti virus and running the game as administrator made the game show me the loader loader error which i fixed by changing microsoft redist files from 64 bit to 86 and it solved it, if not You i would never know i had this "loader loader" problem.

Seems like progress..now when i launch the game error lcpdfr.loader.loader something like this appears, i have seen it on internet so i will look how to trouble shoot it but I hope You will come up with something still, thanks for help so far, Ok i got to know (possibly) what is the problem, those type of files Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 need to be 86 not 64, so i am changing them all now to 86.

  7. Only config I know is called "LCPDFR" and start command is binded just to "P" no "Alt" anywhere, in-game clicking just P without alt does not trigger the mode.

I have installed automatically the mod, and didn't work then i completely uninstalled it, and then i installed manually, combination alt+p does not start the mod, in the console is says 2 mods have been detected or launched something like this so it should be okay, I have checked it with diagnostic tool and everything is ok, version of gta is correct and it's legal. I love the mod, i've been playing it before but i am missing it, please help me.
  9. 100% legal. So the problem occurs less times now since i know how to call the backup and stuff like that, so its good now. And there is another thing, when we chase someone and i change the tactics of police to use of lethal forces they shoot only when they are on foot, is there a way to make them shoot from cars? Until they ram escaping suspects enough so they get out from the vehicle, its like alot of police officer's dying because it's takes so long

That what i described in problem does not happen always but in like half of the actions, yes i call backup only when the CONTROL knows its a pursuit for example with the alt+e :/ + there is another problem that so far happen only once, when calling backup units spawned on foot directly in the place i called them 0.0 no vehicles they just randomly teleported into the action and stand in straight line... wtf.. i think i shouldnt abuse the backup option too much i think it will never happen any more
  12. I got a problem with units that i called to help me for example with a pursuit, when i call someone to help me i want them to chase the criminal what they do ? They just stay around the place where i called them instead of chasing the suspect.This same problem with NOOSE.The air support does not bug like this.I am using original GTA IV.
