This is a texture for the 2012 Dodge Charger. This is a high quality texture.
The file I have provided does not include the vehicle model. You will need to download those seperately. The model in the screenshots is by Martinct and is his 2012 Dodge Charger with Code 3 defender lightbar. It is highly recommended that you use that model with this texture. Please do not use reviews for bugs or installation help or anything about the model itself. If you do not follow this easy and simple rule your review will be reported to admins. Hello everyone, I bring you the first but not last release of LE revamped. This new cop features a new belt retextured and modified, thanks to yours truly and a big shoutout to EVI for giving me permission to release. This cop works perfectly with the holster mod. This cop can now where his vest along with your choice of holster with gun, holster without gun and now with leg holster. This guy brings realism back to the game with retextured uniform to bring out the authority in any situation. You have the choice of using the yellow taser or the black. Also it comes with new head textures, i just didn't take a pic with my busy schedule. But anywho Happy modding and more peds to come.

Whelen Epsilon siren mod for GTA V. Hope you guys enjoy. Has the audio labeled for police and ambulance so you can use it for whatever you want. PLEASE let me know of any bug fixes so I can fix them!!! 
 
This has both the NORMAL version of install as well as the SIRENMASTERY version.

Information about the car and the progress:
The base model was converted and slightly edited by CodeX, because some parts didn't fit to a LAPD charger I changed them.
I began with the interior, where I made the computer screen and the textures for it while Solo was working on the Arjent.
After that I put the rambar on it which I already used on my old "LAPD" charger.
With the time I got many parts like the Charger Police Radio with intigrated siren controler, the Coban dashcam and many more parts.
This project here intoduced me into the world of modeling, and the first parts I modelt you also can see on the charger like all the antennas,
the keyboard inside of the charger and the complete center console.
The charger is not finished at the moment so updates will follow. The following things are inaccurate: The microlights in the front (used to Micropulses and not Code 3 ones),
the trunk (has no equip at the moment), the backseats used to be foam in real life ,the partition is a little different and the center console is not that accurate.
So these things will be changed in the future.

This is the Code 3 PSE. Mastercom 'B' Model Siren. There are many emergency service agencies around the world that use the siren model. Among the police services using this siren are the Alaska State Troopers, the Toronto Police Service, Calgary Police Service, and many others. In contrast to most other similar siren modifications, this includes a short and long version of the manual tone. 
 
FEATURES 
 
- An updated and improved WAIL, YELP, PRIORITY, MANUAL and AIRHORN tones.
- The new short and long version of the manual siren tone can be used in the ambulance slot when using ELS. 
- Tones: WAIL, YELP, PRIORITY, PRIORITY 2, HI-LO, MANUAL AND AIRHORN.
** SPECIAL INSTRUCTION TO USE MANUAL TONE ** 
 
I recommend you use the manual tone for the AMBULANCE slot.

-----INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS -----
 
- Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory.
- In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf
- Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. Locate 'VEHICLES.AWC' 
- Right click on it, and select 'EXTRACT TO WAVE (.WAV)' AND 'EXPORT TO OPENFORMATS (.OAC)' to an empty folder on your desktop.
- Using your desired siren trait names, rename any of the Code 3 PSE Mastercom Siren tones, and drag them to the vehicle.awc folder to replace the stock siren tones.
- Using 'OpenIV', click EDIT and then select ' Import OpenFormats', select your vehicles.oac to import the new sirne tones.
- Respond Code 3 !

REFER TO YOUR SIREN HASHTAG LIST, AND USE THE NAMES FOR YOUR DESIRED SIREN SLOTS. MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE FOLDER DOES NOT EXCEED 16.132KB OR IT WILL MUTE THE SOUND DICTIONARY.

IF YOU USE THE RATING/REVIEW SYSTEM TO REPORT ISSUES/BUGS, I WILL IGNORE IT AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED.

A: I have absolutely no idea. My carvariations are not in a default location and yours probably aren't either
Q: Does this mod have performance issues?
A: My beta testers and I have had no problems running this, but make a back up to be safe

Installation:
AS ALWAYS BACK UP EVERYTHING YOU ARE PLANNING TO CHANGE TO YOUR GAME!!! Install the desired vehicles with OPENIV, to which ever slot the author has chosen for it, or if you’re inventive enough, to your desired location. You will then use OPENIV to locate the vehicle file, edit the .ytd file of said vehicle and change the skin texture file with in, replace it with the RCMP skin supplied by the pack, save, and tah dah, done. =D

Hey Guys these are some textures based on the Sarasota County Sheriff's Department vehicles.
They include the Impala by Bxbugs, Tahoe by Gump, CVPI by F5544, and the Tahoe by Captain14.
The reason I reuploaded these is because my old SCSO textures were more than outdated and a simple file update wouldn't have done it justice (The old file has since been hidden because I don't want confusion over the two).

These are my Gresham/Mutnomah County inspired Police textures. It should be made clear that these are merely inspired by the two aforementioned departments.
You have full permissions to edit and upload your own textures using parts of this texture. However please don't make textures for the same exact vehicles (ie don't make another CVPI texture exactly the same as mine and upload it) as I want to update these vehicles.
