Fairly small amount of lights, which I though was ample for a small rural department.

There are some bugs as with any models:
glass doesn't break ( I have no clue why this is, I've followed every tutorial on the planet about this. Not really sure if it is my zmod or something. If you can't deal with this issue please don't download) Nothing other than that which is major (hopefully (lemme know) there aren't anymore)  
 
THIS INCLUDES ELS VCF FILES FOR A REASON. INSTALL THEM!

Alrighty boys and girls here it is, HankVoight's first ever pack for GTA V!
 
Every model included has had about 50 attempts before these ones to get everything right but of course I have probably missed something so let me know in the comments below.
 
So far there are 8 vehicles in total with 3 patrol, 3 detective/unmarked, 1 transport unit and a K9 Tahoe available. If there is further demand I may add more vehicles to it however I'd like to move onto a sheriff or Highway Patrol style pack to tie in with this. Updates will be added over time however I do believe none should be needed just yet as I'm quite comfortable with how the models came out.
 
 
For those of you messaging me for instructions to install these files. Models go into your latest patchday and meta.file goes into mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5
You really should know how to install things by now.

These magnificent gems are hand crafted by meh with smoove grooves that you will approve. These will be the last LSSD liveries you will need...... that is, until I make new ones.
 
And please, for the love of God almighty, do not release these as your own work, nor should you try and modify these. I put a lot of time and effort into making this magnificent ass skin, and the last thing that you could do to encourage me to make you more liveries is to steal them and release them on another site without consent. Miscellaneous Callouts adds a variety of new callouts to the game. The callouts don't really follow a theme, just anything that I find interesting and hasn't already been done. A hit and run has occurred, so its time to put the pedal to metal and chase the suspect down, right?! Nope. You get to be back up today! Arrive on scene and make sure it is secure and take the witness statement. There is no one to hunt down, there is no pursuit, you job is JUST to secure the scene. (This works best with BetterEMS and Traffic Policer so you have barriers.)

How to install:
1)With OpenIV, navigate to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. 
2)Once you have done that,click *Edit mode* and then press the green "+"under it.
3)Import the noose4.yft,noose4_hi.yft and noose4.ytd
4)Open the "SSPD Tahoe.rar" and navigate to lighting /Blue and install the "NOOSE4.XML" into GTA main folder/ELS/pack_default.
That's it! Go patrol!
 
Note:You can change the car name to anything you want! Doesn't have to noose4.yft!
 
 
P.S. If you don't want to install it there (That's where I install it..But some people do it in the patchday) navigate to the following:
Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
and bam!

So here's a two-pack of WSP inspired patrol cars for y'all. Are they entirely accurate? No, they aren't meant to be. These two have nice cruise lights, and a pretty lighting pattern, soooo suck it up.
 
Known bugs are non-breaking glass, and I'm sure about a million others. Have fun finding them.
 
BTW. Huge thanks to Slendis on this one. I pushed this out over a fairly short period of time thanks to him and a bunch of others who I'm not gonna bother listing off because, well, I did already. In the credits.
