Was seriously just making these for myself, but I love how they came, so I'm sharing them!!!! The paint is inspired the El Paso Texas PD, but I gave them a Los Santos twist... I will NOT be making the Tahoe for this pack because it doesn't look as good as the rest of the pack, so please don't ask me about it. Vehicles included in this pack are the following...

    2014 Charger
    2015 Charger
    FPIS/Taurus
    FPIU
    2011 CVPI

There's some imperfections, but they're only noticeable when you go in first person and trying to find them....

All vehicles are from this pack....
Credit Thegreathah for his LSPD pack!

As always, Do NOT claim my work as your own, and do not upload to any other websites!!!

So, Take-Two, you want to try and stop my illegal, garbage, basement-dweller modifications. Good Luck!

Pack contains four (4) vehicles equipped with matching, or almost matching, set ups.
This pack takes advantage of pretty much every single ELS feature available including; Alley lighting, working takedowns, working cruise lights, un-synchronized lighting, and many many more.

A few special mentions are definitely deserved:
Matt - Awesome FPIU base which he so graciously gave me, because he's just a generous dude.
Slendis - All the awesome skins that you see included here
Iansonwheels - tons of custom shit that took a lot of time and patience to make.
    Mr.JonnhyCZG - beta tester

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Information:
This is a concept pack I build to showcase a few sirensettings I made within the carcols. Enough people enjoyed them when showcasing them in my discord that I polished them up and made them available for release. It's also a revamp from my first ever modding project back when I first gave GTAV modding a go. Available with a variety of light bars and in two colour tones for different departments.
I made these with what I had, they are NOT accurate!

    This pack contains:
3x 1989 Chevy Caprice - Blaine County Sheriff's Department 2x 1985 Chevy Impala- Blaine County Sheriff's Department 3x 1989 Chevy Caprice - Los Santos Police Department 2x 1985 Chevy Impala- Los Santos Police Department
    Features:
Old Style lighting - Custom carcols sirensettings Compatible with my other packs 4k liveries
If you want to see what the lighting looks like before downloading, here's a  video:

BIG THANK YOU to my discord testers:

I have written a guide on how to get the rotors working in 2020 if you find you can't get them to work:

These vehicles are not made to the specification of any specific department. Please don't comment on it being inaccurate or whatever. It's not meant to be accurate, it's a concept vehicle. I used what I had available.

I will not be providing support in installing these files. All the info is in the ReadMe.

It's been awhile since I've updated or even touched this tahoe on my computer, mostly I was just waiting for parts. The model is way more advanced than my initial release a couple months ago. Obviously it isn't 100% accurate but I'm satisfied with the progress I've made, so much that I decided to release. Lmk what you think like always, use this Tahoe in game for anything!

This vehicle is optimized for ELS.

Gelse16 reacted to RealiSIM Gaming for a file, RealiSIM's Towing Pack [ADD-ON]
What's up everyone! RealiSIM Gaming back with ANOTHER mod, this time, my first vehicle pack release!

This was first uploaded by F5544 on LSPDFR.com and GTA5-Mods.com, but I was given express permission in the discussion section of his upload here on LSPDFR to reupload these with the same models and liveries, as he has stopped modding. I took his original idea, that was NON-ELS, and converted it to ELS. Each vehicle has rear facing takedowns using your ELS takedown button, and side ally lights, using your scene lights button.

The vehicles are named and called as follows:
tow1 - The large heavy wrecker
tow2 - The smaller standard size wrecker
    tow3 - The flatbed

You MUST have a trainer if you want to spawn these yourself, but you can configure these to spawn when calling for a tow truck via the Stop The Ped ini file.

As far as I am aware these vehicles are NOT compatible with the tow truck script, but if you want to test to see if it works, let me know!

Let me know what you think!

Still not convinced? Check out this video I uploaded to Youtube showcasing the vehicles!

    KNOWN BUGS:
    - Vehicles glass does not shatter or break, bullets do go through it however!
    - Vehicles horn is a cop horn, this has to do with ELS, and I need to look into how to set the horns back to the original vehicles horns
    - Vehicles don't use ELS Lights when responding to pick up vehicles via Stop The Ped
    - Vehicles don't drive around ambiently like replacement versions would

I have other ideas on my plate, so I'll try to divvy up my developmental schedule to bring these ideas to fruition. Templates and dirt mapping will be added. UnitedCallouts is a plugin for LSPDFR that adds over 20 new varied and realistic callouts, featuring a wide range of scenarios, locations, and possible outcomes to significantly expand the core LSPDFR experience.

UnitedCallouts is fully open source, providing transparent access to the codebase for those interested in learning, developing, or contributing. Developers are encouraged to explore the project, submit improvements, and help shape future updates through community collaboration.

    ✨ Features of UnitedCallouts

    🎮 Variation
This plugin introduces a wide range of unique and dynamic callouts with multiple dialogue options to enable meaningful interaction with suspects and involved parties.
Every callout is designed with multiple possible outcomes and endings, significantly increasing replayability and overall realism.
The current release includes 25 varied and realistic callouts for the LSPDFR modification, with a strong focus on authenticity and scenario diversity.
Many callouts feature scenario-specific vehicles and weapons, ensuring that each situation feels distinct and context-appropriate within gameplay.
All callouts support multiple potential locations to prevent repetition and enhance immersion.
Certain scenarios are restricted to logical, real-world locations to maintain realism.
For example, an apartment burglary will only occur at residential buildings, while altercations between individuals will not take place at police stations.
A built-in location selection system dynamically chooses callout locations near the player, ensuring seamless integration into patrol gameplay.

    📝 Customization
This plugin includes configurable hotkeys for dialogue interaction and for manually ending the active callout:
"Y" Initiates dialogue with a suspect or involved person. (A notification will appear when dialogue interaction is available.)
"END" Forces the current callout to conclude. (Useful in situations where manual intervention is required.)
All hotkeys can be fully customized through the configuration file to match individual preferences.
Players can enable or disable specific callouts via configuration settings.
This allows for a tailored gameplay experience and the exclusion of scenarios the player prefers not to encounter.
Option to enable/disable AI backup responding to a callout with the player.
This system ensures realistic unit deployment based on the situation. For example, local patrol units will not respond to large-scale gang conflicts, while pursuits may trigger local support units and air assistance instead of specialized teams.
For performance optimization, this feature can be disabled on lower-end systems by setting the option to false in the configuration file.

    🔔 Stay up to Date
UnitedCallouts includes an integrated version control system that notifies players when a new update is available.
While older versions may remain playable, using outdated builds is done at the player’s own risk. Updating to the latest available version is always strongly recommended for stability and compatibility.
UnitedCallouts may have issues when LSPDFR gets an update that changes parts of its API. Compatibility updates will be addressed as required to ensure continued functionality.

    AV False Positive
Section136Callouts will trigger some online virus searching engines, such as VirusTotal. This is because the engines used to scan files submitted to sites such as VirusTotal use extremely aggressive heuristics to determine whether something contains a virus. However, as a side effect of this - binaries such as GTA plugins, which make use of memory hooking to achieve a large amount of what they do, will be flagged up. Section136Callouts does not contain any malicious code whatsoever, and you can safely ignore any warnings you receive as a false positive.

Section136Callouts should not flag up in any desktop antivirus engines, however may - on occasion, when a new version is released.

    Dependencies
Whilst every effort is made to keep the dependencies bundled with the Section136Callouts download up-to-date, sometimes - being human - I do miss things. As such, you can download the following Section136Callouts dependencies externally:

RageNativeUI - https://github.com/alexguirre/ragenativeui/releases (you may need to update this library after a game update)
    Newtonsoft.Json - https://www.newtonsoft.com/json

Section136Callouts may interact with maxplayledev.org Online Services to report plugin issues, authenticate users against Early Access Club and perform update checks.
If you'd rather Section136Callouts not reach out to the network whatsoever, just enable Prohibit Network Transmission in the configuration file. More information on that is at https://maxplayledev.org/section136callouts/configuration. All currently active network functionality is toggleable using the main configuration file.
