The different brands have different designs, basically.  Some have 2 fans, some have 1 fan, but as long as the card name (gtx 970 4gb DDR5) after the brand is the same there shouldn't be much of a difference.  I'm sure there are some brands people stand by, I've heard Gigabyte is good.  As far as the DVD drive- do you have any games on CD?  Is your OS on a CD?  If yes to those, you either could buy one and put it in or just buy an external cd drive (but those are probably more expensive...).  Otherwise, it's up to what you see yourself doing with your PC.  Overclocking allows for increasing processor speed (like 3.9 ghz to 4.3 ghz).  Unless you're good with technology I wouldn't recommend it.  If done wrong it can dramatically shorten your products life, and an I7 is good enough as it is!  Same with the 970, that should have no issues with games!

I hope I helped, I saw nobody answered you!

For that price range the NZXT S340 is a very nice but  basic looking case, with great cable management (I love the case so much).

If you want to spend a little bit more, the Fractal Design Define R5 (there are windowed/non windowed versions) are very nice, silent, and have great airflow. The NZXT H440 has a very nice side window, comes in a ton of colors, and great cable management. The Phanteks Enthoo Pro is a sleek looking case, and I've heard great things about it. A little bit less than the H440 or Define R5, but looks just as nice.

The monitor looks great, though I've never heard of a company labeling it as "23.6 inches". Nothing bad, just never heard of it.

    Absolutely. Great looking PC.
You might want to opt for a new case though. I'm not so sure that one is great on cable management, but if you like the colors that's fine.

Unlike you, I am not a child and I know that the reputation feature on this forum is just about meaningless so okay.

Your rep will go back to neutral (or even positive) when you have made up for your shitposting by being a decent, intelligent and appreciated member of the forum.
