Hey guys, sorry to have bothered you, but I think I got it working. Anyone who has the same issue, please take a look at one of the previous threads, as I was able to figure it out by following the instructions in this one http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php/topic/870-crash-on-start/ Thanks again for having such an informative forum!!

I installed the mod using the autoinstall option from the forum downloads. Then I started GTA IV and the game launched fine, but when I hit ALT-P nothing happened. So I quit the game and installed dotnetfx.exe (gave me an error that 64-bit systems don't support it) and then installed vcredist_x86.exe (went fine). I loaded up GTAIV again after restarting my computer and the game crashed repeatedly right after it completely loaded. Niko was literally able to take one step before the screen went black and I got the standard Windows 7 error where it tries to find a solution to the problem. Thanks in advance for you help and time! This mod looks like it's the type of thing that could really revolutionize my game and make it fun again!
