I did that 2 time already. And still nothing. I tried everything possible. All my graphic are are on high and ultra. And I even install visual v and other thing. And still nothing and I even did the visualdata thing and nothing. Like my lights reflect and everything but the lights are just dull and not bright at all. I messaged the guy that make the mod and he never answered to me. I have no idea what to do. I just wonder if I'm messing up somewhere or something. Cause the mod works for other people... @PimDSLR

I'm just going to take out the els mods and the els cars and replace me with non els vehicles! Cause that shit is pissing me off!! @PimDSLR

I changed that. And it's all the way on ultra high. But I didn't mess with with motion blur setting last time I kinda looked at it. It was close to the left side. @officer 21

I have already did that. O tried changing them I started it original place and went up each time by a 100. I changed it the last setting I put in is at 50000.00 and still the same old dull lights.. and yes and yes I do have visual v installed Officer 21

Can anybody help me with my els. My els lights are dull and are not bright I tried everything possible. My els vehicle are installed correctly and my xml files are where there suppose to go. I did the game setting with graphic and it's all set in ultra high and high. That didn't work. I deleted the whole game and tied again it didn't work. I put in couple graphics mod to see if that will work nothing. Then I went to the visual setting and messed with that and still nothing. My might have reflection and everything but there still dull and not bright. I have no idea what do to anymore. If anybody has a any idea help me out please!!! Thank you!
