Installed under the root file of GTA 4 is wrong ???

Diagnostics Tool says GTA4 is not installed which is not possible... I installed and can start up the game...

I installed Gradn Theft Auto Episodes From Liberty City, and installed 0.95 version. I read help instruction and installed everything listed in Getting Support on the LCPDFR Forums. But in the game, I can't start the LCPDFR by ALT + P . Am I doing something wrong???
