its not an reinstall it is an extra. I have currently 3 versions of .net 4 installed, .net 4 client; .net 4 client DE and .net 4 extendet. and 2 versions of the C++ for the year 2010, the x86 and x64. The game started after i installed .net 4 extended and C++ 2010 x86 version. It would be interesting what version of LCPDFR you use. police3 and 4? maybe something went wrong with the setup to more cars in the library.

Do you have a .Net 4 Client version or the Full version? is your windows a 64 bit version? As i can read in your diagnoses text you have .net 4 and c++ 2010. However the tool does not make a different between .net 4 client or full version. the same is with the C++ if you have a 64 bit windows. I solved my crashes with installing .net 4 full and C++.
