First time caller, long time listener.... I have an NVIDIA RTX 4070, 32 gigs of RAM, and an Intel I7 14700. When running GTA V, I get audio and visual stuttering that I can't seem to fix. I have limited the FPS in NVIDIA's control panel + RTSS. Used task manager to set GTAV.exe as high priority, changed every setting I can think of in game, turned V SYNC off in game and in NVIDIA Control Panel. At this point I am at a loss. Right now, It seems that I have a GPU bottle neck. When running the game I'm showing 55%-65% GPU usage with only 5%-8% CPU usage. Has anyone seen this before or know of any fixes that I can try?
