I'm really enjoying the pursuits and callouts.  I've experienced several of the bugs that have been noted here, namely red dots persisting after death, prompts to arrest after death, and some crazy animation loops during different stages of apprehending.  Civilians and law enforcement both can be a little aggressive behind the wheel still, but this is tame compared to what I remember from Rockstar default.
What I would like to see:  Maybe some non-vehicular crime?  Or crime that may end up going to autos, but only after a chase and a shootout.  Bank robberies (obviously don't expect a full heist, but say as they're 'fighting their way out' etc), response to drive-bys, domestic disputes turning ugly, drug / gang houses, hostage situations, liquor store robberies, etc.  
Also, tasers in all law enforcement loadouts pretty please.
Anyone else kill Trevor on the back of a pickup while he was manning a .50 cal machine gun? +1 devs, <3 u all for that particular chase.
