Hello. I was on patrol today and came across a ped who was the registered owner of a gun, but had no gun permit. On BejoIjo's Stop The Ped page, it says that you can issue a gun permit. It states: "Also available are the additional features to pat down the suspect and provide gun permit. And so many more!" I can't seem to figure out how to issue the permit. Can someone please explain how to do it? Thank You in advance for your help. Edit: Sorry, I just realized that I have put this in the wrong section.

Hi Officers! I want to get your input on this future possibility. I am considering making an online arrest database that includes name, DOB, and image for all peds in GTA V. 1. Each arrested/cited ped would be inserted into the DB by the arresting/citing officer. Included in the report would be: Charges, arresting/citing officer's name (optional), and notes regarding the arrest/citation. 2. When this ped gets stopped again, the officer performing the stop would then be able to go to the online DB and see if this ped has been stopped by a fellow officer before. 3. Maybe the ped you attempted to arrest yesterday got away and you marked him as *WANTED* on his DB profile. Now I pull him over the next day and see that he is wanted and make the arrest. I would then update his WANTED status. 4. I feel that this would give the officer more of a judgement call when deciding to arrest (or not) a ped based on his/her past record. I am still in the early stages of planning this idea. I just wanted to get some ideas and constructive criticism from all of you. More ideas to come if the community is interested in something like this. Thank You

Thanks creator2013, but not exactly what I am looking for. I did find this earlier and every ped that I have arrested is not on this page. I am looking for first and last name as well as images. Thank You

After several hours of searching and banging my head off the desk, I cannot seem to find a complete list of the ped names and images for GTA V. I am working on a project that I believe the LSPDFR community of officers will enjoy. Any idea on where I can find this info in a list? Or maybe how to locate the ped database using open iv? Thank You, Officers.

I cannot seem to get this to work along side Traffic Policer. Is it because Traffic Policer has its own radar? The error states that I need to remove this plugin to use Traffic Policer. Has anyone got this to work along side of Traffic Policer? Thank You

The top photo is what the tahoe looks like when I get close to it. As you can see below it is in the game. Any ideas as to why this may be happening? I figured if I put the photos here, somebody may have had the same issue and know how to fix it. Thanks for the help.

Yes, My game just updated today. 16 is the latest as far as I know. And yes, I changed the meta files. Thanks for trying to help.

I downloaded 2 more cars and placed the files in patchday 16. Still the same problem. I guess I will just have to use the original cars.

Well, I got it in game. It looks awesome! But when I ran up to it all excited to drive it, it turned into the original car with no wheels or lights. I don't know, I might just give up on it.

Hi Guys. I am trying to install this Tahoe using OpenIV. I have been at it for 2 hours. I have followed the installation instructions but cannot get it in the game. I have used Open IV before with no issues at all. Can someone please paste the path to exactly where it should be? Thank You Sorry, Just realized I put this in the wrong spot.

I click on download, accept the agreement, and complete the captcha. And then instead of getting the download the error message appears as stated above. I just tried to download it again with no success. The weird part is, I can download other files from the site. Just not any version of LCPDFR.

Still cannot download LCPDFR. Is the downloads section down or something? Thanks

After finally getting GTA IV running today, I have been trying to download LCPDFR for about 1 hour with no success. I have tried 4 different browsers, reset cookies, and even reset my internet router. The error I am receiving continuously is: "The download.lcpdfr.com page isn’t working download.lcpdfr.com didn’t send any data." Is anyone else having this issue today? Thank You for any ideas you guys may have.

Hi Guys. I am looking for the CVPI featured in this video and cannot find it. (It has a rotating beacon on the dash) Also, is there a script that adds "Warrants" to LCPDFR? I watched some videos that performed warrant searches to arrest wanted peds but cannot find it. Can someone please point me in the right direction. Thank You
