i got this mod but it doesnt seem to be showing up in game do you have to get it under the Law and order part or wardrobe it only lets me customize my player under wardrobe

ive done that before with the triangluar lightbar and it doesnt work ill test it out real quick why in patch day 21 it normally doesnt work when i get the car spawned
