    Thank you so much for getting back, my game is almost done re-installing. Should I wait to install the LCPDFR after I completed the first mission. Or does it matter?

    Also, I would like to add. This is a official version of GTA IV from Games for Windows Live (Microsoft). I am not using any other modifications with this. My computer runs GTA IV fine.

    Good evening, I am new to all this so please make it easy for me. I installed using Manual and Automatic, both with no luck. I am using the latest version 1.1. Also, I have completed the first mission at the begging and even when I go into free mode online it still does nothing. I cant open the command using ~ to forceduty either. Here are my logs:
