i tried to download the diagnostics log and it appears that it is unavailable or it is not working because i could not see how to download it and where do i get the LCPDFR.log

Yes I ran the launch file as administrator and got the same error message and i tried to disable the dep but for some reason it did not work

Ok I just tried to get into the actual game and it throws up an error message and wont even start the game! I downloaded LCPDFR from the website. I also downloaded the required things like .NET and that stuff and then when I started the installation process it got to the installation progress and it says installation error. It gives me a code type thing that is posted below and says to post it to the website for support. Please help me!
