Hi, I need help to convert a few 3d models to GTA IV compatibility. I have someone who will edit the vehicle once its been converted, but does not know how to convert a 3d model. Nor do I. I attached 2 images. Some failed to upload. Can anyone help? thanks

Hi all, I'm constantly getting a message in-game about LCPDFR having an error as soon as I start up the game. I can go on duty, get a partner, select a car etc. However once I start a traffic stop it goes beserk. It pretty much freezes on the traffic stop and wont allow me to do anything else. I've checked my installation using the diagnostic tool, error reporter cannot find a save game however when running the diagnostic tool, it showed my error log.
