  1. Trouble with LCPD First Response Download

    Is there any reason why the links after clicking "Download File" display in my browser "File Not Found" (FireFox) or Webpage cannot be Displayed (Chrome)? At first I thought it was my WiFi so I turned it off and back on again to no avail. Haven't tried restarting my computer. I downloaded one file from it and then went to go back to download a different one (since it didn't work) and all I have gotten is that the Webpage Cannot Be Displayed, or File Not Found. This is very frustrating. If anyone knows why this is happening or if there is something I'm doing wrong, some help would be greatly appreciated at this point. Thank you.
