    ***NEW*** Contains one livery for NIGHTKID's Cheval Fugitive PPV. Contains all that you need for a clear lightbar with standard LEDs to match my Stanier textures. Contains three lore-friendly liveries and a clear lightbar for LtMattJeter's Templated Stanier. Modelled after Portland Police Bureau. I decided to leave the stickers and 9-1-1 badge because I like them. You can feel free to edit and distribute this file as you wish. If you guys want I will make a Portland version.
