    A man in Vespucci is armed with a sawn-off shotgun, and he wants answers. Answers to what exactly is what the LSPD negotiators are trying to figure out. And all the while, officers keep a beady eye on the dangerous individual, ready to open fire if he fires back at them. With no progress in negotiations for well over an hour, the situation is  at a deadlock.
     
    (It's not perfect, but I gave Menyoo ped stuff a go. I hope to improve on it later down the line)
