  1. It depends Even if I could run it smoothly I don't think I would, it just doesn't compare to GTA 5 graphically. Once you play 5 it's hard to go back to 4
  2. The only reason I dont play GTA 4 LCPDFR to pass time is because GTA 4 is a crappy PC port I run GTA 4 at like medium settings and get like 20 fps, yet I run GTA 5 on a mix of high and medium and get like 50-60 fps. So GTA 4 manages to not only look worse, but run worse too -_-
  3. S.O.S. Tuesday June 9th, still no sight of LSPDFR. Must...arrest....innocent civilians...
  4. One thing I will say though is the devs created this hype themselves Don't say Final countdown, and first public release fast approaches if it's actually like a month away lol, should have just not said anything :P
  5. Well I'm excited to hear an update, but I guess with all the problems Sam mentioned we probably won't be seeing it this week, which is fine I guess, take your time!
  6. So this update is happening Wednesday? I guess that means no possible release until Friday at the least
  7. I'd like to see responding to officers calling for backup be a callout. Like if an officer has someone at gunpoint and needs assistance, or officer down calls once in a blue moon would be exciting too. Also I'd love a mod to make the police lights brighter, the vanilla ones are good but if it's not midnight or darker then it's usually a little too hard to see
  8. What features do you guys think LSPDFR will release with? Arresting, pursuits, what kind of call outs? ID checks? Warrants? I wonder if we'll see any new stuff that wasn't possible in LCPDFR
  9. Those are just high beams aren't they? all cars have high beams...
  10. Only on the interceptor though, not on the Stanier or Charger looking car
  11. Do we know if the car spotlights are functional?
  12. So looks like 1 more day gone by without LSPDFR Driving around Los Santos in a police cruiser, taking a shot at a car and then following it around in pursuit. I don't know how much longer I got in me lol
  13. That Police 1013 game or whatever
  14. Sam said this in another post "I get the claim is made that "Oh this thing will totally kill LCPDFR/LSPDFR". No, it won't. And people will see why shortly after playing the first version of LSPDFR." Makes me that much more excited for LSPDFR, here I am with my mind in a million different places thinking about all the awesome new stuff this engine allows them to do that GTA 4 didn't. Ugh I can't waait!
  15. Final trailer, Final question.... ANY DAY NOW! lol ChooChoo all aboard the hype train, next stop, RELEASE!
  16. Is that sarcasm? lol
  17. What? Where is that from?...
  18. Well guess no release this weekend most likely
  19. We get it, can't you just let us have our hype? I mean that's all we have
  20. Because GTA 4 looks and runs worse than GTA 5 for me Also I'd have to redownload GTA 4 and I have a bandwidth cap so I don't know if it's worth it if LSPDFR might be coming out in a couple days
  21. ugh I don't know if I should install LCPDFR to get my policing fix, or if I should wait for LSPDFR since it may be released soon
  22. I'm really hoping for a release tonight or this weekend, it doesn't even have to be perfect just something! If not then hypes dead for me and I'll check back in a couple weeks
  23. In GTA 5 it feels like it's very awkward/hard to drive at a constant speed limit, your car constantly changes gears and doesn't cruise very well Are there any mods to make driving and handling more like GTA 4?
  24. I'm hoping it's this Friday/weekend The GTA Online patch that got referenced get's released next week probably Tuesday, and the way SAM posted just made me think it's this weekend or early next week that they were planning on releasing Here's to hoping for this Friday night!
