What I did was went into the cargrp.dat file (Located in Common-Data) and looked for 'Polpatriot' or 'Noose' and deleted just that car and replaced it with a non-police random car. (Civilian Car) Then I went to my scripts folder and went to traffic flow and replaced, in this case 'Bus' with 'Polpatriot' or 'Noose.'

There's a lot of people that need to get their shit together.
