    ​I also have the same issue, I only have LCPDFR, ELS v8.5 and a few vechicle models. If I have to do this to fix the issue, then I might as well not even have ELS installed? The whole point of ELS is to provide nicer lights to the police cars, even if my car still works. There needs to be a fix to this, not a workaround
