Installed EUP earlier on a fresh install via OpenIV, it does allow me access to quite a few other clothes, however the quite a few of the items are suffering from quite severe clipping.

Thankyou guys for the release. Installed flawlessly and works well. Just did a quick pursuit and everyone behaved well. Really does seem like the AI has improved significantly. Sadly I’ve now got to go in for the night shift, and do the job for real, but can’t wait to give this a full try tomorrow afternoon when I wake up. Enjoy guys.

:( damn unit607, I was afraid of that. Well on the plus side, this is the very first game that has ever reached my PCs limit as I can still play all the latest stuff on ultra. I have a quad core running at 4.2ghz, Gtx680 4gb and 32 gb ddr3 ram. Any ideas what spec would allow this to work correctly? Im guessing possibly a newer graphics card as CPU and memory tech hasn't really moved on since I built her. The chip is still one of the best out there. cowboy10uk

Hi guys, please forgive me if this is in the wrong place. I'm new here. i installed LCPDFR 1.1 onto a fresh install oh GTA4 last week, and also installed ELS 8.5 and a vehicle pack of 3 LCPD police cars. Since the start, I have been having issues of GTA4 randomly crashing back to desktop with the generic message GTA4 has stopped working. I've looked around the forums for a solution and discovered a post that suggested I turn off ELS lights for AI. Since doing that, I can confirm that my crashes have stopped and LCPDFR seems rather stable at the moment and plays great, with the one issue that none of the AI police vehicles have working lights, normally one headlight and one led stuck perminantly on. This of course rather destroys the immersion. Im wondering if anyone knows of any solution that would either get ELS to work with the AI without crashing, I'm thinking it's down to the amount of police vehicles that spawn, I can get upwards of 10+ cars at a single job, and lines of police cars and taxis appear to be absolutly everywhere, or if that's not possible. Is there anyway to get the AI to continue using the GTA4 script for there lights, while retaining the stunning features of ELS for my own vehicle? Has anyone got any ideas how I can solve this issue, many thanks in advance. cowboy10uk

Thanks for your answers guys. I downloaded and installed GTA4 on Steam late last night, and installed LCPDFR, ELS 8.0 and a couple of vehicle mods. I must say, when it's working it is fantastic fun, just love patrolling and getting into chases. Sadly I am getting a lot of crashes to desktop when I just get the standard GTA4 has stopped working message or a complete freeze, can hear music but can't do a darn thing apart from a hard reset. Not to worry to much though, hopefully a few days surfing these forums may just supply the answers I need to get her running without crashing. But damn, what a mod. It really is all I dreamt it would be. :) cowboy10uk

Hi guys, my names Cowboy10uk, I've just found this mod, as I don't really follow GTA 4 on PC, and it popped up during a YouTube search for police simulators. Im primarily a Single Player, and while I've completed every GTA game, since it's gone 3D, I've got all versions on the console. But don't let that fool you, I do love the PC. Anyway this mod looks very very cool indeed, But may I ask how much work is it to get a new game to look and play like I see on YouTube. it appears that everyone is using an awful lot of different mods, and I'm sure you can appreciate its rather daunting to someone coming in totally fresh like myself. If you guys and gals don't mind, may I ask if A. This mod is worth purchasing GTA 4 for, as I already own it twice on both consoles. B. With GTA V now out, have I totally missed the boat. C. Is there some megamod compilation that I can download to provide everything I need in one hit, or if not is there a definitive list of mods I need to install. D. Any problems running this on Windows 8.1 E. How stable is this mod in single player, I know there is quite a few crash posts but they seem to do with the multiplayer side of the mod. Basiclly, I'm after the best and most realistic police experience this mod can provide. hope no one gets offended with me asking these questions. many thanks in advance Cowboy10uk
