  1. GTA IV is not loading textures

    After changing PreloadAllModels from False to True, to fix the issue with despawning objects, GTA IV is not loading any textures from houses or from the ground anymore. Can someone help me solving this problem? Ps: If i have to write you some logs, just tell me which ones. Thanks to all
