Hello all. Just a quick question I'm asking. What programs/software are used to make texture edits to vehicles in GTA: V? On an added note, what else is needed to start making vehicle texture mods?

Have you tried setting the patch on the right the same as the one on the left? I recall this happened in GTA: IV as well; when the patches were correctly placed, they would end up reversed on one side.- 6 comments

Hello all. I'm curious if it is possible to tweak the pedgrp.dat file in GTA: Iv to allow certain police ped models to spawn that are not usually allowed to spawn (traffic, noose, fbi, etc.) If this is possible and someone knows how to, please reply. Thank you. P.S: I have some idea by using the groups specifically made for the city (BRONX, QUEENS, MANHATTAN, JERSEY) but other than that, I don't know how I'd do this if it's possible.

This helped a lot. I'm sorry if I asked for stuff that wasn't authorized or not able to be released on this site. I'm not a very active person. How did SteveTRackBoyz then get the unreleased version of the Abraxas mod? Lastly, who was the original author of vpcallouts? I'll ask them if you can tell me who.
