Hello guys, i'm Phillip and I am asking for your help. First of all, i wanna mention that I am not a native english speaker so I may write something wrong. So, i saw this super cool mod and I thought it would be awsome to play it. I downloaded the software and installed it. I entered the game and presed Alt+P at the same time and nothing happend. I said to myself :"Hmm, okay there is something wrong I'll check it out".And for 3 days I have been trying to solve this issue and nothing... First I installed everything I had to install Microsoft C++ 2012, DirectX, .framenet work 4.5 i ran the game as an administrator, I even reinstalled the game because I had installed the Native trainer 6.5 and I thought that was the problem. I have a original copy of Gta IV +EFLC. I tried to install of EFLC too, but the same problem. The game is working properly and I had no problems with it but LCPDFR is just not starting. I did my best to try and solve this problem but nothing. I searched through every Youtube turorial about installing this mod and yet nothing. IF there is some more information i need to give you, I will but please help me cuz the mod is awsome and i want to play it. Thank You
