Yes, I did, but the car the lights are breaking on is the default cop car.

Thank you, I'm sorry I didnt read it, I will in the future, thank you again for your help. Now I see another problem in game, on the normal police car, the lights, when they're off are invisible, but when they are on they go invisible and visible.

It seems as the mod is installed, but whenever I press ALT + P the game goes a little blurry but nothing happens, when I press it again the blur goes away and vice versa. There is a little text under the map saying where I am so I think the mod is installed.
