  1. Looks great. love lspdfr and lcpdfr. only reason i bought gta v for pc. no hate at all towards the mod just wondering if there are any plans to alter the police AI. the backup feature is flawless and simple i love it but the AI of the officers gets pretty annoying especially when you have a realistic damage mod installed or want a realistic pursuit. Instead of them just ramming the guy repeatedly and freaking out they should just follow him, and maybe you could give command to a certain unit to ram the suspect. Just a thought. Keep up the great work guys I'm definitely excited.
  2. yep im glad too! thanks for your guy's help/replies. I tried the first person mod, then the trainer mod. Neither worked.. LCPDFR seems to be working fine though. i have no idea why other mods arent working or why the LCPDFR auto install never worked. Maybe ill figure it out another time. might be my drivers or something with my Computer. im just glad LCPDFR is working for now! :D
  3. just installed the mod with the manual option. works great. played it for 30 minutes without a crash :D now im just wondering why the auto install wouldnt work.. the diag tool kept saying i needed SLIMDX and scripthook. but LCPDFR only uses the script hook that comes with it so re installing the auto install would never work as its always corrupt for me. somehow the manual install seems to work fine. uh, now im just gonna backup my GTA with lcpdfr installed, and try the first person mod and trainer mods.. i hope they work! wish me luck haha. thanks for your guy's help. im so excited to be playing LCPDFR again
  4. hello, thanks for the reply. I've done a clean re install of GTA IV, about 3-4 times. I actually just played it for awhile with no mods cause i gave up on trying them. But yes, ive used the auto installer over a clean working install of GTA. I've pressed ALT P, nothing happens. I'm kinda stumped. (I'm only trying LCPDFR, with no other mods at this time, just did another clean install and tried installing LCPDFR again, didnt work..)
  5. Hello, So I have this problem, and it's been pissing me off. I used to have LCPDFR, and play just fine. but I stopped playing, uninstalled GTA, Couple months later did a reinstall on my Windows 7 OS ETC. So i was like hey i'm gonna get GTA IV again and play some LCPDFR! Oh, shit.. I use the auto installer, tried pressing the buttons to load the MOD, etc. No logs, No confirmation on the mod loading or ANYTHING! could this be drivers i dont have? i installed the latest version of Direct X, NET framework.. i have no idea what to do. this is the first time i've posted in a threat or whatever, for help.. (btw, i have been trying to figure this B.S out for the past 3 months. i just keep giving up after about 3 days of trying, then waiting a week or two before giving it a go again.. never works) Things i've tried ; -Fresh install of GTA IV 3-4 Times -Different versions of the mod and scripthook, etc. -Yes, Running as Admin, from Launchgtaiv.exe -Looking for help just about EVERYWHERE on the internet before posting this -Pressing the buttons the mods tell you to press etc -Installing newest version of direct X and NET framework -etc almost everything etc help me etc (btw no other mods seem to work either, like trainer, or first person, which i have installed many times, months ago) P.S, THIS IS A LEGIT COPY OF THE LATEST VERSION OF THE GAME FROM STEAM! (P.s.s, Sorry if i did or said something wrong, this is my first time posting, and im also very frustrated)
