    here is my error file for 1.1 fresh install no ELS

    got 1.1 to work now I cant get ELS to work when ever I install it by copying all the contents of the zip file over lcpdfr errors out

    I just got a Steam Ver of GTA IV and ELS when I try the auto install of 1.1 it dosnt work and the confi at the end of install wont even come up but if I install .95 it works can anyone help me
