  1. Hey guys and gals, So i finally got LCPDFR to where it doesn't crash (until I try multiplayer). Anyways, I have Icenhancer 3.0 installed with Reality IV 2.1 (or latest version) timecycles. I really like the weather and time effects this had created, but I'm having a light's issue. My headlights, sign lights (taxi signs, electronic billboards, ect.), streetlights, and of course lightbars; are all very dark and do not look like they are, well, lit. I have tried playing with the bloom settings, didn't help; I tried playing with the light emitter on setting; visual.dat and visual settings, all to no avail. I have attached some screen shots for you to troubleshoot. My PC and game specs: Homebuilt PC running Windows 7 Home Premium Asus TUF Sabertooth 990FX mobo AMD 8320 8-core OC'd to 4.2GHz EVGA Nvidia GTX 760 2GB super clocked 2x 1TB WD HHDs GTA IV steam edition LCPDFR 1.1 stock Advanced Hook and Script Hook ELS 8 VDH policehelper, coroner, and tow Braveheart's policing and ALPR w/breathalyzer traffic flow livery changer indicator and overtaking fix scorpio brake lights Icenhancer 3.0 w/ newest patch Reality IV 2.1 time cycle and a few car mods: the defender pack's FPIU, the FPI by NIK161RUS and IronicRainbow, the CVPI that i found through Jeff's youtube, the 2015 Charger from this site's recommendations, and the 2014 Epic Charger from XBR410. If there is anything I left out please let me know, Thanks for any help you can provide.
