Bohan had, and allegedly still has the highest amount of crime in the city and state of Liberty. But between the 1970s to the late 1990s, it was at it's worst.
 
Burnt-out cars, for example, were a weekly staple of commutes. The LCPD sometimes didn't even bother with clearing them from the streets - they just sat there to rot, forcing drivers to manoeuvre around them until the LCPD finally brought the trucks down.
In reality, I'm glad that the vehicle was destroyed with no deformations. Now that is luck right there.

Two more units with the Mars Skybolt light bar. As simple as it comes; it's sporting the new LSPD livery I put together today and comes with the standard extras (spotlights and rambar). It's again a non-ELS vehicle.

Los Santos Police Department and Blaine County Sheriff's Department

Just a fictional 1990 LSPD Caprice. My first model I've ever built. Comes with three extras (rambar, cage and spotlights). Non-ELS. 
 
Uses Lundys 1990 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 Police Package.

"Great for shootings", the guides claim. Home to around a million people, Bohan is where many LCPD officers fall victim to injury, or even death. It is nicknamed 'The Wasteland' by officers, owing to almost every block having some sort of demolished/destroyed building, a nickname that still carries on to this day.
 
One night in 1996, these two LCPD officers are idling around, waiting for a certain somebody they're after to arrive. Their guns are primed, and their wits are sharp.
 
(I think I'll do a proper LCPD Marbelle retexture in the future. Not guaranteed, though.)

Forgot to add the wiring harness again  There's still lots of work to do on all the cars, but it's coming along!
