I tried changing those but for the la pd charger came out a little bit ... it made the siren light rise above the siren so I was like that isn't right but it did get a bit brighter..... I did notice that those two values are 1.50 for both on the NaturalVision so Idk just trial and error ....

I just installed the Natural Vision Mod and VisualV and my question because it dulls the sirens to original visual.dat ... When I replace with the Radiance mod I get the sirens right but environment is off not so realistic :( so I would like to know what values to change manually for the radiance effect and use that visual.dat file with Natural Vison mod ... Thank You help very much appreciated...

I was trying to find a while ago by asking the community to help with making a vehicle skin request..... If anyone out their that is willing to take my request be very much appreciated... thank you for your time...... I don't have the program to do it very nice and efficient.... I have a very sick family member in the hospital and use this to escape please help if you can ......their soon to have heart surgery I'm worried enough.... plz somebody respond to my request or lead me in the right direction.

I installed a E450 ambulance a while ago ..... I seem to not have the right setting for lighting.... I have where it is missing the texture with white triangles inside on the top of the siren, only the right side only lights up proper.. I don't use radiance anymore ... I have vision 2.0 if you could help me address the problem.... it will be much appreciated thanks....

I get a error after I load LSPDFR 3.1 that my dependency error and to check my rage hook log ??? It tries to look for my old ver. RPH .41 I have .42 installed correctly ... I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue please elaborate with this issue to help me solve thank you....

U erased your game or fresh install for driver?

I have a whole bunch of lag after about 5 min of game play I launch my mods and plugins and lspdfr then it just goes slow motion fps .... I tried reinstalling graphics card for my gtx 780 3gb posidion vid card ... I don't understand what is causing that much lag my cpu is 39 °c I have a vision 2.0 but never gave me a issue please help thank you

Make sure your internet isn't blocked and launch the play gtav file and it should automatically look for the update with Rockstars servers .... make sure no firewall is blocking or virus software.... hope that helps ... know anyone on here that does custom skins for vehicles ?please let me know thank you..

Update your game by launching playgtav

ok thank you just wanted to know if there was a work around ....On another note do you know who I could ask to make a few skins for vehicles in my home town that made national news ... it was a very sad day when a shooting happened in my local courthouse and killed to well respected retired officers who were now baliffs... If you could help that would be great if not ... lead me in the proper direction thank you

I use to change everything in my update rpf file.. every time Rockstar did a update. I downloaded ver .42 RPH and my question is their a safer way of having my modded update rpf not replace but add to the new one Rockstar has me download. In order to play ver .791. I have ver .757 right now, just don't want to have to put all my mods back in the update rpf that start for that file . I would have to reinstall those files again... I hope their is a better solution for what files exactly change so I don't have to start over in the upadate.rpf and subfiles from that directory ...which I'm sure their is I might need to be enlighten a bit... I was trying to make my stars seem more real instead of faded and far away.... I was wondering if someone could help me in this matter the stars just look very and faded I wanted what the 4k star and moon on gta 5 mods had .. I also have vision enb 2.0 .... If anybody knows the values I could change the visual.dat file myself.... I have realistic radiance installed too which replaced my visual.dat file. Please enlighten me with this small dilema it was bad enough fixing my mods from the update... Thank you for your support. :)

thank you Hystery, I was wonder if you knew how to reflect better for lightbars say on objects without using radiance? say more of a bloom for distance? If you could enlighten me of this issue in graphic.ytd that would help me a lot

I have the the model in correct path . I used the blaine stealth county charger and replaced the all blue siren with red and blue for the top but when I turn the siren on, the top sirens wont turn on. All the tail lights illuminate and the grill and ram do but the top does not. Can you please enlighten me of this matter. I changed the police file name to sheriff2 to replace in that slot.
