    I'm curious to know, if I give a citizen a citation will this be stored in the police database and remembered next time I encounter this citizen? This also brings up the question will I ever come across this citizen again or are they forever gone once they de spawn. Also it seems that every time I run a plate or name through the database it always returns with no flags, is there any variety in this feature yet? All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
