  1. Having issues loading LCPDFR in Game

    Hello, Just downloaded GTA IV from Steam. I then proceeded to downloaded LCPDFR. I've tried both the automatic versions as well as the manual downloads of LCPDFR. Both do not seem to be working. GTA loads fine by itself, however once Im in the game when I click Alt+P LCPDFR does not work. Attached you will find my log file from the diag tool. Let me know if more info is necessary. Thanks in advance. I watched a bunch videos and read the forums but nothing seems to working properly.
