Guys..Help me. I set up viva ny, algonquin texture mod and lcpdfr 1.0d. And I also set up ELS V8 & Car mod. When I entered in star junction, it always crash. LaunchGTAIV's propertisles is on windows 7. Read-only status is all disabled. How can I fix this fcking CTD?

When I get started in safehouse, textures r ok. But as soon as I enabled LCPDFR 1.0d by typing alt+p, the textures start flickering. How can I fix this sh*t? I patched some vehicles-something has ELS V8. And my vehicles.img is about 240mb, and weaphons.img is 39mb. If some files required, I can upload that files to fix that shi* :)
