    yes i am but it says critical error please cheak log file and when i go into the dianostic tool i say check my installion it says log file missing sorry there is no error but it still wont load i tried again and it said lcpdfr had a critical error while anerlizing data and shut down please look at log file

    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am having trouble getting lcpdfr working I have tried automatic installion and manual installion and the error doesn't change so I cant play lcpdfr I cheek my installion every time but it doesn't work. it says log file missing
