Hey, I whiped my mods folder and reinstalled my plugins. There must've been something wrong. I think the new gameconfig file might have did the trick. Thanks man! You're a hero!

Okay thanks for the hint, I'll give it a try. Still no luck.. Thanks though for the info :) The game crashes now after loading the plugins.

Most of the cars are working, it's with mods like 'EUP' and 'RDE'. I installed them using the package installer in my 'mods' folder, but I can't get it to work.

update/x64/dlcpacks, that's where I'm encountering the problems.

Hi, I've been trying to mod my GTA for a couple of weeks now. The problem is: whenever I start modding my 'update' folder, the game and LSPDFR crash while 'loading and populating world'. Even when I install .oiv files with the OpenIV's package installer it doesn't work. Though, when I mod the other rpf files (not those in the 'update' folder), it works like a charm. It's really driving me crazy, I hope one of you guys will be able to help me out :)
