    Okay thanks for the review I'll try that I was going to actually make an NYPD skin but I'm having a bit of problems with that.

    This is my first mod, tell me what you like about and tell me what can be improved. If you have enb/ienhancer I wouldn't mind getting some screen shots because I have extremely low end pc, I only get 15 fps I use game booster and command line still no good so I can't really see what the texture really looks like. If you guys seem to like this I will keep making skins and hopefully I get better.
