Reinstalling the mod got me up and running. Thank you for the help

Ok so I have read most of the other threads and I can't figure out why my game is crashing with this mod. I ran both the installer and the game as admin and this is a completely clean install for the Steam GTA IV. It was running before I installed the mod. Now the game crashes right before you see the opening cinematic screen.
