Thank you for the awesome comment XD and yeah I spent the entire day on the lightbar so about 8 hours on the lightbar and an hour adding the extra stuff

What if this is a light bar I made from scratch?

That works but only for the lights not the bar itself, how can I also get the bar itself to be visible from a far distance?

Hi, Well I have this weird issue with my light bars they seem to disappear when you get too far away from the vehicle. The ELS still runs on the vehicle you can see the lights from els on the ground but the bar and the extra's them self disappear when you get about 2 car lengths away. Is there a way for me to fix this if so could someone point me to a video showing me how or go in depth on how it can be fixed? Hi, I have an issue with some of the extra's not illuminating correctly, such as extra_5,extra_6 and extra_9, when I have a texture mapped to one of those extra's they do not illuminate correctly, if its mapped to any other extra they illuminate perfectly fine... could someone try and help me understand why this is happening?

Hi, Okay, So I have recently release a model I made, but.. it wasnt exactly what I wanted to do but because of an issue with the extra_5 and extra_6 not being bright for some odd reason I had to make some changes is anyone else having an issue where the extra_5 and 6 are not lighting up the way they are supposed to? I am also having the same issue with extra_9

Thanks for clearing that up for me lol XD, I was originally going to do a all blue light because where I live that's what they use I am actually working on a slick top version now hope those who liked this one will like the slick top version

@Slimory Thanks XD @sharpcommand Had no idea they were supposed to be fixed to a certain side, but thanks for the input, and its a little more then a simple texture change I'd pretty much would have to do it again but thanks again XD next one I make it will be corrected

Hi, So I am currently working on a mod which is a lightbar for a cvpi or any vehicle really, I first added the extra_1 and extra_4 to it there were about 8 lights for that one went ingame tested it worked fine, added some more lights on the bar to more complete it the 8 before were just part of it, as I added more around I would say 6 more, i went ingame to test it and it tells me invalid resource detected, can some one help me fix this issue please?I have worked really hard on this light bar and I would hate to see it go to waste! Thank you to all that assist in this issue

you place this file in your gta iv, then open els depending what version you have els v7 its simple just open the .ini and put this [ TRASH ] Status = on File = default_config

The lights on this trash truck were made by me, the model obviously made by R* Worked hard on this, I do want people's opinion and if I see that I agree I will work on that opinion!
