Fixed a ton of bugs on the tahoe, now has (almost) accurate bumper and all it's equipment!

(it'll have the same peripheral lighting, but you'll have the option of downloading a Liberty II version, Valor, Liberty I, and possibly a Code 3 bar or two.)
