  1. You bought the game or downloaded it?

  4. You installed the ELSv8 after or before the LCPDFR?
  5. When you downloaded the savegame in the folder you have xlive.dll file?
  6. How did you installed the LCPDFR? manual or automatic? The antivirus warn you if you download the LCPDFR?
  7. I think your LAPD skin cause the crash, try delete it and go back the game and call a backup
  8. If simple you copy a 100% savegame in the GTA IV savegames that not enough because after 5-10 min automaticly turn on the drunk cam, if you deleted the xlive.dll the savegames are gone, but if you not deleted just moved away from the GTA IV main folder you just copy that back and the savegames are back
  9. You are installed ELS after or before the LCPDFR?
  10. The ELS if need to work you need to install before LCPDFR, because the ELS have AdvancedHook.dll , dsound.dll, Scripthook.dll and the LCPDFR too, so if you installed the LCPDFR and after the ELS the ELS's files overwrite the LCPDFR's file I hope you understand :)

  12. Some antivirus programs without ask delete files if it think its dangerous, same what jg45042 said disable the antivirus when you install the LCPDFR
  13. What you installed file what was that? .ivaud or vehicles.img? if vehicles.img enough if you copy that in the pc/date/cdimages folder

  16. Right mouse button-->this drop the local menu----> properties--->this show up a window and the bottom on it there is a "read only", take off the mark

  19. I never used and i never had bad game experience when i not used the handling line don't worry about it
  20. I don't know i never used any handling for my car mods, speeding up like a real one and damage is realistic and others, i didn't know about that
  21. am, I sent a link about emergency vehicles and i think its not needed handling because the handling is in the .wtd or .wtr file
  22. This not have a handling line this a "skin" something like that
