... I said i dont have Gta iv, only eflc. WIth eflc everything is working

When i start the game and join the police everything works fine. I can do anything. But when i turn off game and start it second time something happens- it shows all rockstar logos and then where it must be menu to start playing appears a WILD BLACKSCREEN. I have this patch 1.1.2.0 [/newest] installed and LCPDF too. Thanks Tom for help, i installed it and playing now. But where i can find all comands and keys, like how to stop car, arrest people.

Gta folder or all Program files foldes? I changed gta installation folder to no read only but it gives same error.

Hello, im new here. I have GTA IV: EFLC installed. Im using Laptop, Msi gx623. I run Gta iv at medium graphics but its running around 40fps. How can i increase my fps and can i run this LCPDRF mod?
