  1. GTA IV Stuck at character loading screen

    Ok im running windows 8.1 and I did all the stuff the internet told me to.. First time I installed i got on and worked fine besides a little texture lag at first. Then after i installed LCDPDFR it just stuck on the loading screen. I uninstalled GTA and re installed it and then LCDPFR and it did the same thing. I have the 1.0.7 or whatever patch installed as well as the windows live client game thing.I launch as admin and still gets stuck. If anyone could please tell me how to fix this i would seriously appreciate it! By the way I do not have steam this is a disk install.
