just sayin if you want the lights to look real-ish then install it. only thing it does is turn standered lights on/off. if any things says that they are els the lights wout work without it

This shold probaly go in support but anyway my game is very laggy and i dont know how to fix it without comproimising quality. Please help. I would also like to know how to make my handling on my mods (ALL from here) better.

use 0.95 now RC2-R2 and for new cars use sparkiv 0.6.9 NOT A BETA and go on youtube asking "gta 4 how to install car mods. Also startup and radio are fake as far as I know if you want check with sombody else.
