To whom this may concern I am a 17 yr old male looking for some help, I have a Legit steam version of GTA 4 and a new game download with no mods installed, I have watched all the "YouTube" videos on how to install "LCPDFR and ELS" most resent patches and they seem to never work. I have tried installing them several different ways and I still to this day about 3 months into this still cannot get them to work at all. They will not even load into the game. not a thing loads. I would really love to know why. I have read a lot of the other support request and they ether confuse me or they don't work. I am pretty sure my computer can handle it as it is new and has very good Specs. I can install car, trainer, save-games, etc.. and they work completely fine. I've installed ELS v8 cars and they work just not the ELS part of them. The lights stay ether all on or all off with els installed or not installed. that's just how the are made to work without ELS installed and working. I assume.. anyways I would really love some tips and ideas and if you would like to know more just ask.. I would really want to become a part of the LCPDFR community but seems that i cant. HELP NEEDED PLS.. P.S.
